Default How to load Engineering Functions into the Fx function wizard?

The function wizard has finance, math & trig, statistical, and other
functions, but it doesn't have engineering functions (such as DEC2BIN
Converts a decimal number to binary). How do I get the engineering functions
to appear? Thanks. Joe Saval.
