chrisk -
I recommend that you use an XY (Scatter) chart type for both data series (where each data series contains it own XY pairs on the worksheet). This way you will have maximum control over the placement of the points. For each XY series on the chart, you can format the series pattern to show markers only, lines only, both markers and lines, or neither. For subsequent questions, consider posting in the microsoft.public.excel.charting newsgroup. - Mike www.mikemiddleton.com "chrisk" wrote in message ... how can I mix a line chart and a scatter chart. i want to plot a line of values and dots only for the corrections to the values. |
