Error appearing after quitting from MS EXCEL 2003 SP1

Faulting application excel.exe, version 11.0.6355.0, stamp 40aa979f,
faulting module mso.dll, version 11.0.6360.0, stamp 40d147de, debug?
0, fault address 0x0003dbe7.

i got this problem too,but
it appear occasionally after i try some registry repair stuff.
