Default How can I get excel to show ALL lines of wrapped text?

I have merged cells and formatted the cells for word wrap and shrink to fit
and increased the row height; however, it still cuts my text off at a certain
point. I can increase the column width and manually change the font, but I
don't want to do that. Why does it cut the text off at a certain point?
