Default Adding hyphens

Hello,

I would like to format cells with any length number that allows you to have either a group of numbers with NO hyphen, ONE number after the hyphen or TWO numbers after the hyphen ex:

12345
or
1234-1
or
12345678-12

Simple I'm sure - but not for me.
Thanks for your help
