Default Document Properties sent to print when print with office applicati

Printing problem every time I print in Excel, Word, Powerpoint its print out
a page to the printer with the following information. How can I disable this
option
Filename:
Directory:
Template:
Title:
Subject:
Author
Keywords
Comments
Creation Date
Last Saved on:
Last Saved By
Total Editing Time
Last printing

this print every time we print a document

Tools Options, on the Print tab under "Include with Document" uncheck
Document properties.
