Default Excel: Syntax to change cell color based on color of another cell

hi,
want to change the color of a cell in sheet 1, based upon the color of cells
in sheet 2. for example, initially 5 cells in sheet 2 are red. dependent upon
other criteria, these will manually be changed to green. once they are all
green, i need a predefined cell in sheet 1 to change from red to green
