Excel Columns should be referenced in numbers not letters
this is so that you can do calculations in your head about the number of
columns between two columns. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Tools/Options/General/R1C1 reference style.

they are if you change it to R1C1 style.
