Default Is there an easy way calculate 2 variables in conditional sum wiz.

I have a great amount of data to calculate each day,,i am trying to find a
way to sort out bad data eg( i need to sort out any data that is less
than 0 or more than 2 etc)
I am trying to use conditional sum wizard

why not use 'Data - Filter' for this?
