Hi all,
I need to create a timeline in excel with the following available data: Location Date / Time Equipment Equipment Activity Activity Duration I have created a 24hr timeline for every location in 5min intervals (using excel cells) showing what equipment was used in each location and the duration of every equipment activity. I have used colour formating and a custom made legend to represent each activity (See attached example, sorry for the poor picture quality, but the timetable for the different activities and the legend is visible). I want to create a timetable to show a weeks worth of data. The file will be 80Mb - 100Mb if I was to do a weeks worth of data for each location and will become unmanageable. Is there a way to use an XY-Scatter graph or any other graph to create these weekly timelines? Is there another function in Excel I can use? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Jay |
