I have never used PDF Creator myself, but have only done Excel VBA
programming, so can't help much with it.

Default Turning pages into PDF

You can make your PDF files turning pages like a real book with free trial version of Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Pro(http://www.kvisoft.com/flipbook-maker-pro/ ).
