Another way....


=DATE(YEAR(A1)+(MONTH(A1)9),CHOOSE(MONTH(A1),4,4, 4,7,7,7,10,10,10,1,1,1),1)

where the date is in cell A1. Change "A1" to "TODAY()" if you always
want to use the current date.
