Default default file locations Excel 2007

How can I change the default file location for inserting pictures? It
currently goes to My Pictures, which I do not want. The Excel Options
button/Advanced does not have the option to change this, like Word does.

A simple cure is to right click in the white space in the open dialog for
the pictures default folder and select New, Shortcut. Select as the target
of the shortcut your desired folder. Name the shortcut AAA something so it
is on top. One advantage is you can add multiple shortcuts. And this
approach works in any file open/selection dialog.
