Default Need to make page numbers sequential across worksheets

Hi,

I have a workbook with 3 worksheets (and page # footers on each of them) in
Excel 2003. When I print the entire workbook (4 pages per worksheet x 3
worksheets = 12 pages). each worksheet starts with "page 1". The page number
order goes: 1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4.

How do I change it so that the page numbers are listed as 1-12? I don't want
to list each manually as the data changes regularly, leading to different
page numbers

Hi Kate,

Group the sheets before printing them.
i.e. click on the first sheet tab, hold the Shift key down, click on the
last sheet tab, then go to Print Preview - the page numbering is now
consecutive.
