Default Link 2 sheets as same as linking cells

Is it possible to link 2 sheets as the same we link in between cells.

I have a sheet1, where I have more 400 rows and 9 columns data posted. In
future the data will added more and more row-wise

I want to copy the data of complete sheet1 to sheet2 and keep it linked, if
any cells changes made on sheet1, it should effect on sheet2 same cells. If
any row added and any new data posted any place of sheet1, will be updated to
sheet2.

The requirement is that the sheet1 is mastersheet, but the sheet2 will be
viewed by the user by autofilter option.

Please advice.

Regards

Irshad
