Default Import External Data

Im trying to import data from another Excel spreadsheet via the Import
External Data function; the data consist of a list of product codes.

When I refresh the data some cells are missing, I believe this is due to a
formatting problem.

All data from the imported sheet is formatted exacting the same therefore I
can not see why Excel is not picking up all of the selected data. If I change
the format of the cells not being imported then occasionally these can be
picked up.

Surely this can not be right.

Please help!

Thanks
