Please post your question in the body of the message, not the subject. Try a formula like the following. It will find the average of numbers in A1:A10 that are greater than 5. =AVERAGE(IF(A1:A105,A1:A10,FALSE)) This is an array formula, so you must press Ctrl+Shift+Enter rather than just Enter when you first type in the formula and whenever you edit it later.
