Default default "Show calculated members from OLAP server" on in Excel 200

Anyone know of a way to have Excel 2007 remember your preference for having
the "Show calculated members from OLAP server" on a PivotTable? I believe
that setting is just saved for the particular PivotTable for which you turn
it on. I haven't been able to figure out a way to make it on by default when
I create a new PivotTable from scratch.
